JaxiCloud Fleet Management is an integrated solution that uses tacho live data to ensure compliance with driving and rest time regulations while optimizing fleet efficiency.

The application features a user-friendly dashboard that allows clients to track key information, including real-time updates on driver activity and availability, the vehicle they are currently driving, location, and digital tachograph reports. Using data from tachographs and driver cards, the app delivers comprehensive insights on driving and resting hours through intuitive visualizations such as progress bars and checkboxes.
The solution provides the following information:

• Continuous driving time: Shows how long the driver has been driving without stopping and how much time they have left before a mandatory break.
• Daily driving time: Tracks how many hours the driver has been on the road each day and ensures they stay within the daily limit of 9 or 10 hours.
• Weekly driving time: Adds up the total driving hours for the week to ensure adherence to weekly limits.
• Service time: Displays when the driver’s shift started and how much time is left before it ends.
• Daily driving time exceptions: Tracks the number of extended 10-hour driving days allowed per week.
• Daily rest exceptions: Highlights the number of days in the past two weeks when rest periods were reduced to 9 hours.
• Weekly rest exception: Informs the driver if they took a shorter weekly rest (minimum of 24 hours) within the current two-week cycle.
